ZIIP DOT is designed for cosmetic use only and for individuals in good health. If you have any medical concerns, such as a severe medical illness or have recently had surgery, please consult your doctor before using ZIIP DOT.
Caution should be used for people with suspected or diagnosed heart problems – please consult your physician before use.
Caution should be used where there is a tendency to haemorrhage following acute trauma or on any areas of the skin which lack normal sensation.
Some patients may experience skin irritation or hypersensitivity due to the electrical stimulation or electrical conductive medium.
DO NOT hold stimulation over the temples.
ZIIP DOT should NOT be used during any activity in which involuntary muscle contractions may put the user at undue risk of injury.
ZIIP DOT should only be used on normal, intact skin. ZIIP DOT should NOT be used in the following areas:
- Breasts
- Eyelids
- Front of the throat (from under the chin to the
collar bone)
- Genitals
If you experience irritation, extreme dryness, bumps or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Consult a physician if symptoms remain.
Electronic monitoring equipment (such as ECG monitors and ECG alarms) may not operate properly when a ZIIP DOT device is in use.
DO NOT submerge the device in water. If you store your ZIIP DOT in an area such as a bathroom, ensure the product does NOT come in contact with water.
DO NOT modify this device in any way. Doing so will invalidate the warranty and may cause harm.
Do not use this device if it is damaged or has been submerged in water.

ZIIP DOT should not be used by people who are...
- Under the age of 18 years
- Pregnant
- Subject to seizures, including suspected or diagnosed
- Epileptic
- Have cancer/tumors
- Have a cardiac pacemaker with implanted defibrillators/stimulators or have electronic implanted devices
The device should NOT be used on or near cancerous lesions, or applied over swollen, infected or inflamed skin e.g. phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins etc.
DO NOT apply stimulation across your chest as the introduction of electrical current into the chest may cause rhythm disturbances to your heart, which could be lethal
DO NOT use this device on patients who have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metallic or electronic device, because this may cause electric shock.
