Shipping currently ships to Canada & the U.S. only. All orders are shipped within 48 hours from California, not including weekends or federal holidays. Please note: there may be extended processing times during certain times of the year.

  • Ground Shipping: We offer standard shipping for a fee.
  • Expedited Shipping: We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

United States:

  • Ground Shipping:
    We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous U.S. on all orders US$50 and up. Ground delivery can take up to 7 business days to arrive. Additional fees are applicable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • Expedited Shipping: Please be advised that selecting 2-Day shipping at checkout does not expedite the order processing time. This only guarantees the order will ship via 2-Day service when processing is complete.



If your order meets the following criteria, submit your return through the Returns Portal:

  • The product is unopened and unused 
  • The purchase was made directly through
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

If you’ve experienced any damages or issues with your device, please reach out to us for assistance here. Defective devices may qualify for a replacement under warranty, within two years of purchase date.
