When the device needs to be charged, the band around the center of the device will glow orange.
To charge, insert the USB-A to USB-C charging cable into a USB power adapter, then plug the other end into your ZIIP HALO device. Always use a charger/wall adapter that has a maximum 5V output. (Do not attempt to use device while charging.)
If the device is completely drained of its battery and does not power on, plug in the device and press the power on button to activate charging.
During charging, the band will glow orange. The device will take up to 4 hours to charge. Once fully charged, the orange light will switch off.
Never leave your ZIIP to charge on a flammable surface.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.

Microcurrent is a low intensity electrical current that is commonly used as a non-invasive, electrotherapy to improve the appearance and health of skin. It is usually administered to the skin using a small, handheld device that delivers tiny electrical currents to the skin, conducted safely via a conductive gel that is applied to the skin beforehand.
Microcurrent is clinically proven to be safe when used on the skin, this is because it is using such low levels of electrical current.
Although, each individual's skin and muscle sensitivity to electrical stimulation can vary, meaning some individuals may be more sensitive to the tingling sensations that Microcurrent causes.
Overall, yes, Microcurrent is an extremely safe beauty treatment. However, there are certain people that should avoid using it.

ZIIP HALO should not be used on:
- Areas of skin that are raised, bleeding, painful to touch, broken or excessively red.
- Areas where there is facial hair. The hair acts as a blocker to ZIIP's electrical currents.
- Areas of skin that has been pierced/ has a piercing.
- Any other part of your body other than the neck and face.
To clean your ZIIP Microcurrent device we recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down your ZIIP removing all gel after every use.
After every use, with a soft cloth, wipe your ZIIP free of gel. Then lightly spray your clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe your ZIIP down paying close attention to cleaning around the globes, the white silicone and around the band that is around the ZIIP making sure to remove any gel residue, then wipe off with a dry cloth before storing.
Please keep your ZIIP away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your ZIIP HALO in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals.
When using your ZIIP, be sure to keep the charging port free of any conductive gel. This will help ensure your ZIIP HALO continues to perform at its best.
Visible Lift, Youthful Results
First of all, I've been using Nuface device for years and I'm on the fence whether it actually made any difference. But after seeing that Ziip Halo has nanocurrent technology, microcurrent, and non-sponsored women on YouTube vouched for it, I decided to buy Ziip halo. I've been using the device for over a month and started with one of the programs on the app: 14-day face-lift. I basically stopped using Nuface because this device is way more powerful – and I could tell because my skin appeared tighter, lifted, jowls improved and especially area around my eyes. I am a skin care junkie who has been doing everything possible to take care of my skin since college, but playng tennis and Bo aging in Texas and Florida have taken a toll on my now 70 year old skin was really showing age around my mouth especially. I have never been able to use retin A or retinal products, as I do suffer from occasional eczema. When I saw this, it looked like a much better design than the microcurrent device I had been using the last several years. It is very easy and comfortable to use. It has been about a month and it is remarkable the difference in fine lines around my lip and especially my almost deflated lower lip that is now filled in. First, let me state I’ve been a skin care junkie all of my life, but too much sun has damaged this 70 year old skin. I tried this on a lark, but I’ve definitely noticed subtle improvements in the last month, especially around the mouth and lips, my biggest problem. My lower lip had totally deflated and left kind of a trough. I was tempted to use fillers on my bottom lip and for the lines around my mouth, but thought I’d try this first. I noticed a softening of the lines above my upper lip and a slight softening of the deep horizontal line above my lip from an overly attached frenum. The indentation on my lower lip began to fill in and look more like a normal lip! The change is subtle, but I’m thrilled not to have fillers in my future. The jowl area and the other lines on my lower face and jowls are slower going, along with undereye bags, but the device is easy and pleasant to use and the videos are great and easy to follow.
