Yes, it is essential to use a conductive gel with your ZIIP HALO. The gel ensures proper transmission of electrical currents to your skin during the microcurrent facial treatment. It helps enhance the effectiveness of the device and ensures a smooth and comfortable experience.
Your ZIIP HALO is programmed with The Lift so you can ZIIP anywhere without the need for the app. The Lift is a powerful 4-minute freeform facial that uses both microcurrent and ZIIP Nanocurrent™.
For all other treatments and treatment plans, download the ZIIP App where our founder Melanie guides you through each treatment. For the best ZIIP results, we recommend using the app where you can tailor your treatments to your skin's needs.
For best results, we recommend using your ZIIP 3-5 times per week, with a maximum of 6 times per week when following a short term treatment plan.
After every treatment, wipe down your ZIIP microcurrent device with a soft, clean, lint-free cloth misted with rubbing alcohol.
Keep your ZIIP away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. Please DO NOT submerge your ZIIP HALO in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals.
We recommend waiting 10 days after receiving an injectable or laser procedure before using ZIIP. Please consult your physician with further questions.
Unopened and unused product(s) purchased through ziipbeauty.ca may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the original purchase price.

I thought ZIIP is all about gimmick. Very hesitant to purchase it but later give in because Melanie Simon mentioned that this doesn’t only give you a healthy glow but it will keep your acne under control.
